During the Design Week in Milan, Italy in April 2020, in order to promote more extensive exchanges and cooperation between China and Italy in the cultural and creative industries and design-related industries, China International Interior Design Network initiated and cooperated with the Milan China Cultural Center, Italy-China International Design Association, The Italian Academy of Fine Arts in Palermo, the Polytechnic University of Milan in Italy, the Institute of Fashion Design in Milan, Italy and other Chinese and Italian design art colleges and industry platform institutions jointly organized the first China-Italy International Design Exchange Exhibition and the Italian International Design Awards Awards .
The aim of IIDA Award is to provide a broader platform for exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and Italian designers, to realize the vision of exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in the cultural and creative industries.
