PREPARATION
Kindly prepare all necessary entry materials and complete the required application forms.
Your personal profile, company details and project description should strike a balance between conciseness and detail - avoiding excessive length.

The organizing committee will conduct a comprehensive review of the submitted works and provide preliminary evaluation results.
Upon successful preliminary review, the organizing committee will issue a finalist notice. Participants will then proceed to settle the remaining balance within 3 working days after receiving the finalist notification.
Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable if a work passes the preliminary review but does not participate in the final evaluation due to personal reasons. However, if a work fails the preliminary review, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
