Project
Introduction
The project is located at Xian New Town Development District nearby “the leading axis of Innovation and Technology”. Most of the land plots are planned for commercial use within the district accompanied with lots of tourist attractions at the surrounding. Induced by the above advantages, this area will be developed as a next core of high-end residential development in Xian. Therefore, the project is designated on planning, design and quality, which ensures to create a people-oriented living environment.
In terms of the interior design of the clubhouse, the project is to create a retreat as like as the hidden paradise. The design aims to open up the internal architectural space, expand the natural flow of space, and create a dialogue with nature. Through
the flexible design, the design elements such as the light and shadow, the natural materials, and elegant tones are perfectly applied to the interior space, creating an equilibrium environment for rest, communication, exercise and enjoying the nature.
The wall finishes of the entrance hall is cladded in natural stone and wood veneers, giving a sense of natural order while facing opposite to the sunken courtyard which is exquisite and quiet, creating a serene atmosphere that transitions naturally from the bustle city to the calm interior space. The application of natural materials continues into the main exhibition hall, bringing the same tone of elements such as stone, wood, and light from the entrance hall, blurring the boundaries of the space. By the visual concept of classical gardens with winding paths and scenic views, the space is divided into geometric blocks, with staggered and overlapping surfaces, also segmenting different functional areas, allowing functionality to blend with poetry.
