V Guest Youth Apartment

V Guest Youth Apartment is a renovation of a dilapidated factory dormitory. With the upgrading of the city of Shenzhen, the original factory has been relocated, leaving many dilapidated dormitories idle. Many young people from other places who come to Shenzhen to start a business live in the village of the city. Combined with the above two pain points, we decided to transform an old dormitory into a youth apartment where you can move in with bags to provide a warm and happy home for young people who come to Shenzhen to work hard. In this design, we redesigned and decorated the whole building from the inside to the outside. And many public spaces have been expanded, such as the lobby, gym, public kitchen, rooftop laundry room, vegetable field, etc., so that the tenants living here have more space for social activities. The model house has a variety of tones and themes to meet the diverse needs of young people.
