Introduction
The beginning of the project: The project is located in the Civic Center of Qianjiang New City, Hangzhou, across from Jiefang East Road. With the rapid development of the national economy and the growth of the pet industry, a series of related industries have emerged around the pet economy, such as pet food, pet supplies, pet medical care, and pet grooming industries. The function of "guarding" has been transformed into a high-level spiritual pursuit of "mind care". Therefore, we want to create a carnival-style consumption scene with pets as the core, diversified, around-the-clock, integrating entertainment, education and shopping experience, and use higher-quality pet services to meet all the needs of consumers. Amazing Grace design designed the experimental integration of auxiliary functions outside the central business format of this project. It not only re-optimizes the functions of pet food, supplies, and grooming in the original pet store, but also builds the project into a comprehensive pet street consumption and education space integrating subsidiary entertainment and leisure. In today's era, more and more people regard pets as a high-level spiritual pursuit of "mind care". Even if they have different bodies, they believe that all living beings still have the same soul, just like the relationship between people and pets, not only the relationship between individuals, families, and pets, but also the social relationship between humans and animals, so we take the "form of life" as our starting point: everything changes with time and balance quietly. Focusing on the theme of pets from birth to departure, we will create a pet chain that includes a series of products and services such as pet breeding, pet trading, pet food, household daily necessities, health care and beauty, pet training, pet insurance, pet funerals, etc., which forms a concept of pets’ whole life - consumption, education, service. Plane analysis: The entire plan layout revolves around three major functions - pet section - store section - pet friendly restaurant section. The design task this time is not only to coordinate the space, but also to combine the opinions between a dozen merchants and different investors. It is a huge challenge for the designer. Under the prospect of multi-integration, the designer separates the pet section and the restaurant section on both sides, so that the pet area is located in a more private space, which better reflects the safety. The lighting surface of this large space, the prosperous high-rise buildings and the sun and moon shining landscape outside the window can directly catch the eye. The retail area should not only serve as an important display and sales space, but also make the moving line guiding, and deepen it on the basis of the investor's triangle theory. Regional Analysis: Smart Home Pavilion: Smart pet products have become popular among pet owners. These high-tech products can not only ease the burden of owners, but also improve the living standard of pets and practice the concept of healthy breeding. Clothing Haute Couture: The advanced customization of pet clothing is a personalized design for the diverse characteristics of pets. Pet behavior genetic testing room: Use knowledge, technology and data to help us better understand and take care of furry children. Technology can make life better for pets, but technology is not just behind the scenes, quiet, and cold, it can also be warm and fun. Good time pet restaurant: Good time restaurant is equipped with professional pet chefs, who can customize fresh food, pet rations, canned snacks for furry children with high nutritional value, and private rooms can customize parties for furry children! There will also be occasional cute pet parties here to meet different cute pets, eat together, and play together. Huayuan: As a shop with the best location in this space, it is equipped with a full set of pet food supplies. Why can many products be arranged in a row, a large number of display cabinets are set up, and the color is based on the warm wood color as the theme , let this space together with pets, let customers experience warmth. Petty: Petty Space focuses on high-end pet food, and some of its main products are from New Zealand, focusing on the concept of healthy and original ecology. The colors of blue, orange and green that are in line with health and vitality are used as the theme, which shows the consistent corporate philosophy. Toy Hall: The whole space is full of vigor and cheerful atmosphere through overhanging colors and different art installations. Jiuji: A company from Japan, focusing on pet kennels and pet appliances, giving warm colors and space atmosphere to better show the entire space. You Qiang Xiao Chong: Use beautiful colors and partitions to show the different styles of the space, and with the use of lighting and light-transmitting acrylic, make the whole space look more Internet celebrity. Shou Pai: The space with the theme of warm tones can arouse the desire of pet owners to buy. Aquarium: The overall space is mainly made of stainless steel, with all kinds of fish tanks and aquariums, so that the tough space is more integrated, and the use of lighting makes its punch-in properties to a higher level. Little Pets: All kinds of pets, rabbits, pigs, and hamsters in the middle of the space. As a comprehensive entertainment and education space, it mainly serves children. In terms of space settings, it is also more childlike and cartoon. Cat cuddling area: Three separate cat cuddling rooms and live boarding areas have been set up. The design is mainly based on pet comfort, and as much space as possible is arranged for pets, so that pets who pick up customers every day can have a good mood. Washing and care area: It provides professional pet washing and grooming and fitness training in one, which integrates the most professional functions of this large space, and gives pet owners a professional and unique experience through individual shapes and bright colors. Pet restaurant: As the biggest highlight of this space, the pet-friendly restaurant has been designed from the perspective of caring for pets. It is hoped that a restaurant can be customized for pets, so that pet owners from all over the world can gather here. , to feel the care and warmth brought by each other with pets. Conclusion: The presentation of this large space here, the key word is fusion, which not only integrates many pet industries, but also integrates various styles and types of pets. The uniqueness of the pet here and the concept of starting from the pet itself will become a gathering place for all kinds of pet lovers.
