Design of Hotel Space
Project
Introduction
The project is located in Shanghai Road, Hefei, with a total area of 7,500 square meters. We position the hotel as a humanistic hotel, the overall design is warm color sandstone as the keynote, the entrance lobby is made of shallow water system, and the hollow partition screen is used to separate the space. The wall uses structural bricks and warm white sandstone, and the ground uses AOS ash marble to make a sense of hierarchy. Metope using concave and convex modelling line, through custom wall lamp, we extract related elements from traditional art and evolution, on the basis of the traditional basic elements, to extract, describe it in modern language, indoor space as a medium to express the native, natural atmosphere of communication and continuation of symbiosis, natural and design dialogue, traditional and contemporary symbiosis.

- Responsible for the 1000 square meters of lobby, 110 floors of corridor hardcover, 20,000 square meters of commercial design, 1,000 square meters of sales office design, 15 model rooms design, 1,200 well-decorated apartments
- Responsible for the lobby of 1,300 square meters of the Group (Jinan Marriott International Apartment), the corridor of the whole community, the commercial design of 40,000 square meters, the design of 1,200 square meters of sales office, 25 sets of model rooms, and the design of Marriott Hotel lobby and boutique hotel.
- Responsible for the commercial design of the group (Nanjing Excellence SOHU International Apartment) with 800 square meters lobby, the corridor hardcover of the whole building and the commercial floor of 70,000 square meters.
- Responsible for the group (Jinan Chengji Center Apartment) lobby of 1500 square meters, the whole community corridor hardcover, 100,000 square meters of commercial design, 1500 square meters of sales office design, 50 sets of model room design, and 20,000 square meters of Chengji Center boutique hotel design.
- Responsible for the commercial design of the group (Tianjin Waterfront Ginza) 1400 square meters lobby, 3 buildings corridor hardcover, 3 floors of 25,000 square meters, 1500 square meters sales office design and 20 sets of model rooms design.
- Responsible for the control of hardcover construction quality, progress and cost of commercial apartments, hardcover apartments and sales offices of the Group (Tianjin Mingmen Square). At the same time, the hardcover construction technology is quite proficient, with a strong execution, responsibility and coordination ability.
