Rainflower County 37℃ Space

Rain flower County 37℃ Space seeks to reinterpret the approach of this type of vacant space,recovering the potential of open floor. The project is located inside the sales office of CIFI Rain Flower County Sales Center, where the elevated floor has been vacant for a long time, so the designers have created a tranquil oasis to maximize the use of this space, which covers an area of 1122.09 square meters. Inspired by the geography of the neighborhood garden and the banks of the Guitang River, the design of the open floor is based on the theme of "forest" to give the space a sense of unity, as if telling a fairy tale adventure story. As a comprehensive open floor, it mainly serves the people living in the community, it’s space design takes into account the different needs and connects with the community environment. The design team also added many curved elements such as arches, smooth shelf walls, panda bears, animals with round heads and ears to enlarge and soften the space and give it a more welcoming feeling. Yellow stands for freshness, hope and vitality to convey a positive attitude towards life. The warm version of white represents warmth, peace and comfort. In this project, we followed the design concept and visual impression of the "fairy tale kingdom". The design fully considers the relationship between the materials used and the community environment. For example, the simplification of material types, the use of common local materials, the use of environmentally friendly, natural and reusable decorative resources, and the combination of the esthetic properties of materials to create a lasting visual pleasure.
