Introduction
When an office space meets ecological construction, it is like opening a Pandora’s box of vitality. This time, we worked with the client to bring green into the office atmosphere.
In this competitive era, most companies are compressing the extreme office environment and striving to obtain the greatest benefits with the smallest space. However, our client has a completely different idea. They are not only concerned about the utilization rate of space, but also about how to give employees a more stable life and how to integrate a green and healthy atmosphere into the work environment to facilitate the efficiency and mentality of handling various complicated tasks.
In the design of the entire open large space, we integrated some loose spaces together. This is not a random patchwork, but a careful planning. Combined with the functional requirements of negotiation, discussion, single meeting, afternoon tea and other functional requirements in the mobile office scene, we make the office no longer a single-board workstation space. Here, employees can find a corner to relax their body and mind after intense work, exchange ideas with colleagues, collide with sparks of thinking, or enjoy a moment of tranquility alone to accumulate energy for the next work.
It is worth mentioning that the space used for sharing and logistics in the project accounts for nearly 30%. From carefully prepared meals to complete fitness facilities, everything is available. This may be the characteristic of every successful company, giving back to employees and society to the best of their ability. They know that employees are the most valuable assets of the company. Only when employees feel cared for and respected can the company have a continuous source of development power.
Such an office environment is not only the creation of physical space, but also the transmission of humanistic care. It allows every employee to give full play to their talents in a green, healthy and comfortable atmosphere, and achieve the common growth of individuals and enterprises.
