Project
Introduction
The Beijing Overseas Chinese Hotel was initiated by patriotic overseas Chinese leader Ms. He Xiangning and led by renowned architect Mr. Liang Sicheng to design and construct a Chinese style courtyard hotel. Construction began in 1952 and opened in 1954.
Since its opening, the hotel has received national leaders and important groups both domestically and internationally, and has gained a certain level of popularity both domestically and internationally, earning it the reputation of being a home for Chinese and overseas Chinese.
The building adopts the traditional Chinese form of a large roof, with green glazed tiles on top, upturned eaves, golden lacquer painting, solemn and magnificent, and a strong ethnic style. In the 1950s, it was rated as one of the top ten buildings in Beijing.

China Pan Tianshou Landscape Architecture Design Group, founded by Professor Zhu Renmin, is an international professional design team jointly established by CHINA P.T.S VIEW BUILDING GROUP LIMITED (HONGKONG) and a special Grade A design enterprise of the Ministry of Construction in China. The group has created ecological restoration projects worth nearly 100 billion yuan both domestically and internationally, and has become a leading enterprise in China’s ecological art and design industry today.
Our group specializes in planning and designing ecological restoration, large-scale landscape parks, creative architectural solutions, high-end interior design, cultural community construction, highways and bridges, commercial districts, and various ecological renovations and cultural heritage protection.
Our group is composed of over 200 highly educated senior, middle-aged, and young technical personnel with international design qualifications, including Tsinghua University, Tongji University, Zhejiang University, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Under the leadership of Chairman Zhu Renmin, we have built a team with strong cultural creativity and a spirit of hard work for over 20 years, fighting tirelessly throughout the country. Our group has culturally rich fixed assets such as islands, office buildings, artist villages, sculpture factories, art galleries, and high-end artworks, as well as a strong team that combines technology, economy, and culture.
