The Riqing Building, also known as the Maritime Building, is located at the intersection of Zhongshan East 1st Road and Guangdong Road on the Bund, separated from the Yili Building on both north and south sides of the intersection. Its door numbers are 5 Zhongshan East 1st Road and 20 Guangdong Road. The building was completed in 1925 and became a national key cultural relic protection unit in 1996.
