Introduction

Zhengerbabai is no longer an ordinary hotpot shop, which has been upgraded to a real hotpot factory. Zhengerbabai Hot Pot Factory provides a factory level food safety guarantee+spacious factory experience guarantee + factory direct sales mode with more cost-effective guarantee. Therefore, the standardized and highly standardized operation mode must be established to implement stable output and maintenance in terms of food materials, base materials, oil dishes, services, environment, dishes and space appearance. Branding, chaining, collectivization and industrial chain are the ultimate goals of "Zhengerbabai Hot Pot Factory". The ultimate tenet of a factory is to concentrate on doing great things. Therefore, it is more accurate to use the concept of "factory" to carry on the business model of Zhengerbabai and the small target of 100 million yuan. In fact, each age has its own unique visual impression. When we recall the golden age of "factory", among the representative visual elements of that era, the source of inspiration for creating the original vision of "Zhengerbabai Hot Pot Factory" was found. Standard: Hot pot should be eaten free without constraint. [Figure: floor plan, showing the width of the bay and the height of the space, the comfortable distance between tables, and the richness of the table width and sitting width] The warm atmosphere of the hot pot banquet is doomed to be unsuitable for the sense of cramped space, which will reduce the length of stay and the sense of experience. Therefore, the width of the bay and the height of the space of Zhengerbabai Hotpot Factory shall be kept open as much as possible to improve the air mobility and ensure the comfort of customers. In addition, this design can also enable the warm dining atmosphere in the store to be presented to the geographical customers to a greater extent. After all, the best business atmosphere is popularity. The loose distance between the functional blocks of this design, the comfortable table spacing, the spacious table width and the sitting width all convey the business philosophy that the principal, Mr. Lei, adheres to-The comfortable dining environment can make customers feel comfortable, and only the comfortable eating environment can create a more comfortable dinner atmosphere. 2 Moving Line:Good food can be seen. [Figure: kitchen and open dining area] The experience of moving line - after entering the store, the first place to be displayed is the beverage area, which paves the atmosphere of ho ho da for the party; The open kitchen is facing the main dining area, so as to present the whole process of the meal to the users and create a clean, fresh, safe and reliable dining impression; At the same time, the open dining area is facing the second dining area, and the whole process of color, smell, and flavor of snacks, drinks, and desserts also allows users to see at a glance, thus effectively driving sales. The moving line of operation-Located between the main dining area and the second dining area, the kitchen area is like a middle island, which becomes the focus of the two dining areas. This design can also cover the dining and display of the two dining areas at the same time, saving service lines and improving efficiency. 3 Consumption scene: There are many ideas when eating at a party. It's better to eat hot pot in a such ‘factory’. In the design of space scene, the most representative sensory symbols in the word "factory" are extracted; And the scene symbols in the sense of retro, present and future times are drawn. All these make the whole space scene in different colors and materials collide with the unique tone of the integration of retro and trendy, so that the whole space scene is more recognizable. [Figure: Door head+back door] The external space - the front door - the back door, through restoring the scenes of the factory in the 1980s, such as restoring the old factory gate (the front door enters the factory), the old cinema (the back door leaves the factory), etc., the sense of ceremony for entering the factory at work and the sense of ease for leaving the factory after work are created and set off. [Figure: main dining area+kitchen] Internal space - operation room, the materials and elements required for the construction and management of modern food factories in the ISO quality certification system, such as stainless steel, warning line, exhaust fan matrix, are used for reference in the design of decoration, so that the "standardization" and "high standardization" of Zhengerbabai Hot Pot Factory can be visualized and expressed, thus creating a "factory area" scene of the super hot pot factory. [Figure: Family Area] The family area is our attempt to symbolize the life in the factory, hoping to express the real life atmosphere of that era with the family area.

Design by π BRAND

Pai, derived from the circumference ratio-π with the same pronunciation, which is a complete and mysterious symbol. In fact, this symbol has infinite extensibility behind it, which symbolizes the unlimited possibilities that the design of the Pai brand can bring to customers, and also means that although things cannot be perfect, they are infinitely close to the perfect vision. On the basis of adhering to the combination of international creativity and local culture, we have been committed to the use of visual design for a long time, thus forming a multi-disciplinary professional integration service team. For many years, the starting point of our design has mainly focused on the market and consumption perspective. Simple, clear and conceptual design means are used to help customers solve problems, and to find a suitable brand image and positioning in industries of the same nature, so as to form brand differentiation. In addition, resources are effectively and intensively used to develop their own characteristics. Before carrying out any project, we will carefully listen to and understand customers' needs and problems to avoid wasting decision-making costs. At the same time, we are well aware of the good intentions of clients. Therefore, we will also inform customers that needs and goals must be clearly designed. In addition, we have always regarded brand design as an investment behavior rather than a consumption behavior, which needs to achieve design value with a more reasonable budget.

Introduction

The architect Gaudi said that straight lines belong to human beings and curves belong to God. We imperceptibly integrate the arc elements into the design, pay attention to the mobility and separation of space, and build a natural warmth and natural beauty for children's living space. For children, they are naturally curious about the unknown world. The whole space is not only used to divide children's play area, but also divided into baby experience area, mini kitchen and picture book area. In this space, we not only have fun, but also pay more attention to the parent-child interaction with parents and the baby's practical ability, so as to cultivate children's perception and creation of beauty. Let adults enter the fairy tale kingdom of children and communicate with them more closely.

Introduction

All things in nature change constantly, and all things work naturally in silence and invisibility. The "circulation" is just the law of the natural world that "never fails, and the world is also". What the circle conveys is a kind of "nothing" and "eternity" in the geometric sense. The circle has no sharp edges and corners, and is even regarded as a hollow ring. Such a simple existence has no end, no beginning, and endless cycles. This case is located on the north side of Qingdao Jiaodong Airport. The inspiration of the designer comes from the expression of Taoist thought that "those who follow the nature, in the method, in the circle, and in the circle, those who get the circle get the charm of nature". The design technique adopts the plane composition method of Mondrian, presenting his ideas perfectly in the inner and outer space. The whole space uses a large number of circular and arc lines, different color blocks divide different spaces naturally, without edges or corners, which is natural and smooth. The flow is easy to shape, and will last forever. There are not many soft decorations in the space. Only a large area of golden wheat is gorgeous in one corner, forming its own aura. Follow the white steps to the second floor. The long corridor uses natural colors and slow down the natural pace. In the private rooms on the second floor, a small area of red is used, and the rest are mostly warm gray latex paint walls and teak veneer, with stainless steel decorative top surface. A variety of curved and straight lines contrast to outline the space shape, create a three-dimensional space effect, present a progressive sense of hierarchy, and create an elegant and natural atmosphere. The designer's expression in this case relies on Mondrian's new stylism, uses a large number of lines and colors, takes the circle as the abstract theme, and expresses the everlasting love. The successful use of art shows philosophy in space, so that visitors can experience the double beauty of sight and taste.

Introduction

. Since the beginning of the 19th century, the evolution of bars has a long and tortuous history. All kinds of designs are different, but if you want to create a bar culture that deeply touches people's hearts and satisfies consumers' demands, you must inject soul into the space in combination with consumers' potential spiritual needs. As a cocktail bar with molecular liquor as its main content, GIN Bar has shown us a new space with both historical background and new attitudes. At GIN, you can feel the rebirth in the twilight of the dawn, and also taste the depth of history, entering a journey of immersion that seems like an eternity. Space design is the most direct way to reflect the bar culture and create sensory experience. The information transmitted by external forms can always be captured visually at the first time. The main building structure of GIN Bar is full of simple texture, which is inspired by the rich masonry, ceramic components and arch structures in Etruscan architecture. The Etruscans in ancient Rome can be called the heyday. Now thousands of years have passed by. Although the Etruscans civilization has gone, the amazing glimpse presented in the GIN bar is enough to let us glimpse the warm and prosperous era, and feel the vitality and bright sunshine of ancient Roman civilization in the early morning. The atmosphere of civilization origin hovers on the inner wall and top of the bar, and the silent environment and solemn stone statues write a few words for us in the vast history. Art Deco's unique beauty of lines, symmetrical and simple geometric composition and mottled stone walls have brought us back to that ancient era, adding more charm when we think about it. The bar counter in the center is simple and elegant with streamline shape, and the scattered candles create an atmosphere of leisure and elegance. The bar counter is closely connected with the stone column in design, which not only shows the visual beauty, but also reflects the structural tightness, making up for the sense of emptiness in the space. Candlelight and top spotlights, as atmosphere lighting, add more mystery and melancholy to the night. The arc top shape and stone columns polish the details to the extreme. The surface touch of granite and the symmetrical texture effect bring an irreplaceable sense of simplicity and beauty. The handmade coarse ceramic brick wall is matched with the stucco coating with texture. The sense of space impact that is solemn and does not lose its emotional appeal is spreading. When the traces of time turn into new life, GIN Bar wakes up every inch of space with simple and natural power. The ancient heritage and new culture coexist, creating a space of restraint but full of exploration spirit. Across time and space, linking the ancient and modern, and honoring the ancient culture has always been the constant theme of GIN. Taste delicious wine and food in the time, and start a classic tour with a cocktail.

God-the one who extends all things,

Chi-the one who runs everything,

Design by QIN BAN(TINA)

Design is a kind of mental effort. Life is the core of design, and life spreads out because of the beauty of life. From the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind to perceive color, sound, fragrance, taste, touch, dharma, the six senses of the six senses, into the self, into the design. The main design directions are: simplicity and nature, loneliness and mystery, transcendence and solitude, the oriental humanity overflows the space, cultivates the master's style, and tastes the "luxury poverty" in the inner structure of the soul. At the same time, the space is left blank to inject oriental aesthetics into the residence. Between the sky and the earth, build a space that is not surprising, not lively, and just quiet.

Projet
Introduction

A FRESH AND ELEGANT SPACE FOR CAKE LOVERS!
théATRE pastry shop in the former French Concession area of Shanghai, is located inside an original red bricks building from the early XX century, which has been recently renovated and the project plays in dialogue with this context. The layout of the project is organized around the bar, which is characterized by a sculptural massive shape and light blue delicate colors. Grey and white patterned tiles enhance the central position of the bar surrounding it like an iconic precious carpet. Existing structural concrete pillars and beams are kept exposed with their natural color as reference to the historical building to offer a neutral background for the custom-made chandelier, which is covering the whole ceiling and rhyming the space with its light lattice structure of iron rods.
A ribbon made of full iron plates is running all around, defining the main room and offering a structural support for all custom-made seating system. The peculiarity of the design is that all booths and benches are built-in on site using the same metal plates, to make them look as if they were made of very light sheets of bent paper. Hidden LED lighting strips along walls are enhancing this effect of floating lightness.

théATRE project for CENTRAL is exploring some spatial feeling not yet tried on other théATRE stores. The new concept will use monochromatic hues of colors- white black grey blue – to evoke an elegant and contemplative atmosphere with an accent of refined taste. Existing concrete pillars and beams are kept exposed, in-between which simple volumes and elements are placed and will stand out from the background declaring their functions with clear simplicity: a large central bar counter, some raised-up platforms for seating, a white box for the exposed kitchen, which will become a distinctive and attractive feature visible from the public courtyard. The aim is to offer a fresh image of high performative and well-organized store, clean and rigorous, with high quality service, focused on perfection of execution, where all aspects of theATRE business are placed in a sequence: pastry, cake and tea, but also cocktails, product selling, event catering and delivery services.
The space caters to a sophisticated clientele of professionals working in central Shanghai, who want to take a break from their busy day, but also offers spaces for small groups of friends who want to have a special experience here. For this reason, a diversified seating option is offered, from fixed booths to comfortable seating sofas placed on raised up platforms and facing directly to the external windows. Space layout is organized around the central bar, which is the functional backbone of the project, characterized by light blue delicate color and an extremely simple and very sculptural massive shape. Generous sweeties display along the bar and the exposed decoration counter of the prep kitchen are welcoming customers showing the pastries and cakes offer right after they have been baked and decorated. Exposed kitchen is conceived like a treasure box and it is characterized by a recognizable glass and concrete façade, a white backlit ceiling and blue metal frames. Special tiles on floor surround the bar area like a precious carpet, while a lattice bluish iron structure on ceiling is rhyming the space providing the support for the lighting system. Large blue reflecting mirror is decorating the wall on the back of bar, playing with vibrant reflections, and adding an intense touch of color to the white and grey concrete palette.

Projet
Introduction

théATRE tea pastry project in Sanlitun Taikooli is characterized by a strong architectural approach. Layout is organized like an opera theatre, with a central axis of symmetry along which all elements are organized. The main bar is in the center surrounded by platforms where customers can sit. In the background of the main space, to hide kitchen and cake lab, a curve yellow wall is conceived as a curtain, on the sides of which waiters go in and out as if they were actors crossing the theatrical stage. A slight inclination of ceiling accentuates the scenographic effects of the perspective, with a round impressive backlit skylight dominating the ceiling and suggesting the feeling of being under a large glazed vault.
The long counter in grey artificial stone contains all main bar functions and exposed displays with a wide choice of fresh pastries to choose from. At the end of the bar a special round table offers a stage for tea ceremony right under the skylight.

Along the side walls, two seating areas are raised up on one-step platforms, to evoke the idea of being seated on theater's stalls. Yellow leather-like covers have been used for all built-in customized benches, while loose chairs and stools by HAY are matching the overall color scheme of grey yellow and white. Main walls feature a finishing of white glossy 3dimensional bubble bumped ceramic tiles from Italian brand IMOLA, and lenticular site-specific artworks by INSTANT HUTONG, inspired by théATRE patterns are resembling 12 circular blue portholes overlooking the sky.
The view of visitors is attracted to the back wall, painted yellow softly fading into grey, where five special sofas are allocated into semi-circular shaped niches. Kitchen, service spaces and cake lab are placed right behind, partially visible from customers who can have a look from side corridors and check the quality of the pastry preparation process. The facade of the shop shows also strong scenographic qualities and some dynamic movement. Doors and show windows have been set back to create generous spaces for cake and sweetie displays, characterized by curved glass which embrace and welcome customers to enter. Care of customers, well being and the pleasure of quality life-style are the general feeling expressed by the project.

Projet
Introduction

Michelin Feast: The charm of the Song Dynasty is elegant, having wine during the stray, having tea during the leisure.
The moon in front of the window is still the same as usual, but the overall view looks different when the plum blossoms bloom.
——South Song Dynasty Du Lei
As a representative restaurant of Huaiyang cuisine, Yidao Restaurant, which won one Michelin star at the end of last year, did not take an unusual path in space creation. The interior design of Hangzhou Kenner completed the deduction of the oriental space with the preface of "The Classic of Tea", and the scrolls were unfolded in the interior of nearly 1,000 square meters, with subtle brushwork and sparse charm.

The interior space of this villa, which was once converted from a bath, is disorganized. Therefore, Kenner Design demolished the original old stairs and re-layed them to connect the building as a whole, and set up an open and straight main passage adjacent to the escalator to string up the entire internal space. The movement lines arriving at the functional areas and private rooms on both sides are subtracted, and the clear and restrained technique will precipitate the air of the entire space downwards. The escalator completes a "return" ascent in a space of about 10 square meters with a compact fold line. Therefore, in the process of revolving upwards, the spatial rhythm of "opening, tightening, opening" can be clearly captured, tedious decorations are discarded, and the space returns to simplicity. The reserved electric roller blinds provide flexibility for the space function, making it more natural to interpret the immersive scene experience space. The designer paved the space with traditional Chinese colors such as string, acacia gray, and crow green on a large area. A plain painting of meticulous brushwork spreads from the paper to the space, plain gray artistic paint and dark colors.
Metal brings stability to the entire space. The plain structure column stands on top of the sky, and the light flows through the gaps, forming light and shadow on the ceiling and the wall. The landscape of mountains and rocks and the dried flowers are separate scenes, which are set at the rising and falling points of the space, just like the end and prologue of each chapter.
